Helen and Amma enter last year's house

A table dancer, an air steward, a dot.com entrepreneur, a PR director and a teacher are among the 10 contestants who entered the Big Brother 2 house this morning.

Channel 4 and Big Brother producers Endemol were expected to crank up the sex quotient for the second series - and looking at the biographies of the 10 housemates, they have not disappointed.

The five men and five women are aged between 22 and 37, but the emphasis is definitely on youth, with seven aged 28 or younger.

Amma, a 22-year-old table dancer, describes herself as a "tart with a heart" and lists her interests as "masturbation and painting dolls house furniture".

Another 22-year-old, hairdresser Helen, is a wannabe It-girl who loves to cover herself in glitter and fluff and go dancing.

Big Brother 2's third 22-year-old is Brian, a trolley dolly whose nickname is Bambie. He makes a "wicked shepherd's pie" and lists "playing love songs at 4.30am" among his bad habits.

Unlike last year, two of the contestants are married and a third lives with his fiancee.

Communications company director Stuart, 36, lives in Oxford with his wife and three children and lists golf as one of his interests.

The other married Big Brother 2 contestant, Narinder, is a 28-year-old medical rep and former Bollywood movie star, but says she is "ultimately a dead nice person just looking for a snog."

The oldest housemate, 37-year-old internet company founder and part-time stand-up comedian Dean, describes himself as a "creative thinker who loves football and sex with his fiancee".

Diamond geezer Bubble, a 24-year-old Chelsea fan who works in a warehouse, has a daughter, Briony.
